Who are we looking for?

  • Students currently enrolled at a university, ideally at HSG


  • Personal passion for environmental, social and economic sustainability, and the drive to help organisations turn it into real impact


  • Structured thinking and a hands-on mentality to take ownership


  • Eagerness to learn and openness to giving and receiving feedback


  • Authenticity and a strong team-player attitude


  • Fluent professional English, German is an asset


  • Willingness to stay for at least two semesters (longer is very welcome)

  • Consultant

    Analysis & research

    Work on real client projects in one of our two practices: Management Consulting, making sustainable ideas economically viable (market entry, business models, growth strategies), or Sustainability Consulting, making economically viable businesses sustainable (sustainability strategies, assessments, targets). In an interdisciplinary team, you research, analyse and develop solutions and present your findings to clients.

    Leadership & client management

    Lead a team of six consultants together with a Co-Project Leader and a Project Partner in one of our two practices: Management Consulting, making sustainable ideas economically viable (market entry, business models, growth strategies), or Sustainability Consulting, making economically viable businesses sustainable (sustainability strategies, assessments, targets). You own the project’s direction and the client relationship, keep quality high, lead client meetings and develop your consultants along the way.

How to apply?

How our recruiting works

  1. Apply: fill in the application form and upload your CV and a short application video (max. 3 minutes).

  2. Get invited: we review all applications and invite you by email. You receive your time slots a few days before the Recruiting Day.

  3. Recruiting Day: an individual interview (20 minutes, including a short case in English) and a group discussion (45 minutes), in person.

  4. Decision and onboarding: we get back to you after the Recruiting Day. New members start with onboarding and the Onboarding Weekend.

Your application

Your application consists of two parts: your CV and an application video (max. 3 minutes). In the video, introduce yourself and answer one of the following questions:

  • Question A: What does “Be The Change” mean to you, and how do you create this change in your everyday life?

  • Question B: Which sustainability topic are you particularly passionate about, and how do you plan to create positive impact in this area?

Your motivation matters more than your CV. For the video, creativity and authenticity count far more than perfect quality.
